Why we do what we do is really important! Here a few of the key values that drive us:
Empowering Others: Pretty much everything we do is built on this value. Will is raise up others? Will it allow others to spread their wings and fly? Can it be multiplied? Over the years we have raised up many people from Latin America and from around the globe, who are now serving in a multitude of nations and people groups, doing a wide variety of ministries.
Whole Person Care for Missionaries: We strive to see those that we serve with and those we launch cared for, flourishing, and effective in their ministries. We have folks all over the globe that we check in on regularly and visit when we can, working to make sure they are healthy and growing.
Mobilizing God’s People in to His Mission: We believe that God, as the first missionary, has called his whole people to take the Good News to the whole world. We work diligently to raise up individuals, families, churches, denominations, people groups, and entire nations to engage fully with God’s heart to make the light of the Gospel reach to the far corners of the earth.
Accountability and Transparency: We believe that mission is best done in community, and engaging fully with community means cultivating a willingness to be accountable and transparent in everything we do. As Foursquare missionaries we are directly accountable to our regional and area leaders. Additionally, we each report to different ministry leaders within YWAM.
